	"Your Role to Play," with Rev. Maggie Oman Shannon Sunday, January 29 at 10:30 a.m. Please join us at 10:30 a.m. as Rev. Maggie Oman Shannon gives this week's lesson, "Your Role to Play." As always, please feel free to bring your friends and family members...everyone is always welcome at USC!

	Qigong Circle Friday, January 27 at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Oz recommends, "If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Qigong." Nurture yourself with the gift of vibrant health through the Qigong practice at Unity. Qigong is a gentle but invigorating practice of meditation and standing movement that has been known to promote strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, muscle relaxation, and pain relief. It can also increase mental clarity and balance and decrease stress. The class includes practice to enhance the immune system, to release toxins and to soothe the mind and emotions. The weekly Friday practice continues this Friday, January 20, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Fillmore Room. This investment in your well-being of body, mind and emotions is $10 per reunion or $32 per month (offering one class free!) Drop-ins are welcome to begin any time. 	Laughter and Play Workshop Sunday, February 12 at 1:00 p.m. Fredrick Nietzsche said,"In every person is a child hidden that wants to play." In a playful way this workshop is designed to bring out laughter through specific laughter exercises. The second part of the workshop taps into the participants’ creativity, spontaneity, and self-expression. Don’t miss out on this special workshop led by certified laughter leader and performer Rika Kruse on Sunday, February 12 from 1 - 3 p.m. Sign up in the Fillmore Room if you are interested. Suggested Love Offering: $20

	New 4-T Class Begin Tuesday, January 10 to Tuesday, March 27 If you’ve heard all the great things about the 4-T Program, but haven’t taken the course yet, now’s your chance! We will be holding another 4-T Class--featuring all new materials--starting on Tuesday, January 10. Look for more details soon, and sign up in the Fillmore Room if you’re interested.
